Thank you for playing the demo and sharing your feedback! Every change listed here comes directly from what the community has noticed, suggested, and requested. We’re actively working to improve the experience based on your insights.

Gameplay Improvements

• Cannon Power Adjustment – Default power levels increased to reduce excessive scrolling for stronger shots. A power meter HUD is being added for better visibility.
• New Tutorial Level – A 3-stage tutorial will introduce key mechanics:
  • Close-range shots
  • Long-distance shots
  • Trick shots & combo strategies
• Level Tweaks – Adjusting timing and block positions to refine level flow.

HUD/UI Enhancements

• Target Piece Tracker – The HUD will display remaining targets in a 3/5 format to improve clarity.
• Improved Camera Angles – Addressing visual disconnect between firing the cannon and hitting a target. A follow-camera system is being explored.

Physics & Movement Adjustments

• Clown Speed Scaling – Travel speed will now match cannon power—stronger shots will move faster, helping distance judgment and timing.
• Crate Durability Tweaks – Wooden crates will break more easily, making destruction feel smoother.

Quality of Life Updates

• Windowed Mode Toggle – Players will be able to switch between fullscreen and windowed mode.
• Additional Resolution Options – More display settings for flexibility.
• Level Restart Button – A restart option is being added to the pause menu.

Audio Optimization

• Reduced SFX on toppled objects – Sound effects will now fade out to avoid excessive background noise when objects get stuck between moving stage pieces.

General Bug Fixes

• Fixed Black Screen Issue – Players will now be able to exit the game properly without encountering a black screen.

Additional Web Build

• Crash Circus will be available as a web build on Itch.io, allowing for easier access and playability.
